Our History and Moving Forward
RTM Communications, Inc. was founded in February, 1999. The focus from the start was to Remove The Mystery (hence the name) for small to medium size businesses regarding their voice and data communications needs. It was apparent to RTM that their clients – the very people responsible for the core communications infrastructure of their companies – then as now, were increasingly being challenged with new applications, corporate growth, changing technologies and security threats. RTM was designed to help support those managers and business owners in meeting their daily technology challenges.
From the beginning, education and industry-recognized certifications were paramount to RTM. We have recruited the most experienced engineering and sales staff from the previously separate worlds of voice (collaboration), local area and wide area communications (connect) and operating systems and servers (compute). Through the years RTM has attained many leading industry certifications, such as Cisco Advanced Unified Communications, Cisco Wireless and Security, HP Server and Storage, VMware Enterprise, APC Elite, Microsoft Gold and many, many more.
RTM Communications continues to grow to meet its customers’ needs. In 2010 RTM moved into its new offices located in Bedford, NH. The central location allows us to quickly get to where our clients need us most: their locations!
